Dining Services

We prepare meals that are simple tasty home food. Food is prepared from locally grown, fresh ingredients.

Lunch includes a warm meal, a salad and a dessert. Dining takes place in the ambient Väentupa to where you can buy tickets in the cafeteria.

Lunch is served between 11 am and 1 pm. The price is €10, children at half-price.

Dinner €10, served at 5 pm

It is also possible to arrange different kinds of celebrations at Törmälä. As a special feature there is a church that’s built in an old stone barn. The church hall fits 80 people. The peaceful atmosphere is ideal for a wedding or a baptism for example. If necessary, we’ll arrange a priest and a cantor at the site.

Väentupa is an excellent setting for festivities. The space fits approximately 60 people. The cottage furniture and tasty food create a cosy atmosphere.

There are also sweet and salty snacks to accompany your refreshments. You can have a choice of ice-cream and beverages, as well as our self-baked pastries.
The café is open daily between 10 am and 6 pm.

The café also provides information for campers and visitors of the national park. There’s also a variety of packed snacks. At the café, you can also acquire fishing permits. All in all, Törmälä is an excellent place to start your trip to The Southern Konnevesi National park!
